CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Soulful Flow:
Ease your body and mind with this slow flow practice. We will begin with centering ourselves and slowly warm up by flowing through half Sun Salutations before moving into a creative sequence of standing poses, hip openers and gentle heart openers. Release into a sweet savasana.

All Levels Vinyasa:
All Levels Vinyasa practice is a fun, continuous dynamic flow that begins with sun salutations, standing poses then transitions to a different focus area with variations offered; you can choose your appropriate challenge to support your personal journey.

A moving meditation to strengthen the body and empty the mind.

Finish clear, bright and refreshed. 

Flow & Glow:
Flow & Glow is an All Levels Vinyasa practice. Expect a faster pace. This fun continuous dynamic flow links breath with movement creating a moving meditation to strengthen the body, emptying the mind leaving you feeling refreshed. Enjoy.

The Practice:
The Practice is a dynamic flow for the more seasoned student. The teacher practices with the students to keep the energy high! This vigorous Ashtanga based flow begins with sun salutations, standing poses, standing balances, core work, hip openers, quad stretches, backbends, forward folds sequencing it will build skill, grow and deepen your practice working up into a peak pose finishing with meditation, pranayama and a nourishing savasana.
